Armen has been a research fellow at the Central European University’s Open Society Archives (OSA). His research focuses on the topic “Historiography and propaganda in connection with interpretations of the World War II”
Further, he is a visiting fellow at the Open Society Institute’s Local Government and Public Service Reform Initiative (LGI) and is doing research on the topic “Consular and visa cooperation in the Schengen countries for residents of Armenia”
