Arzu has been working as Co-Director at the Imagine Center for Conflict Transformation since December 2010. 

The Imagine Center for conflict transformation is a non-profit organization based in DC that is geared at transformation of negative attitudes generated in conflict torn societies. From drafting proposals to applying for grants, Arzus responsibilities as co- director also include recruiting participants for trainings in Azerbaijan and main retreat and dialogue program that is held every summer.

She also facilitates at the retreat and dialogue program and train participants on how to use new social media tools to generate more lasting and positive rhetoric between the two conflicting sides.

Further, Arzu is Editor of "The Neutral Zone", a blog platform of the online journal- Caucasus Edition where younger authors write on social and cultural issues with focus on tradition, culture, education, healthcare, society, domestic violence, rights of minorities and more.

She serves also as Associate Editor for the Caucasus Edition - part of IMAGINE Center for Conflict Transformation- that is an online publication acting as a platform for scholars, policy analysts and independent researchers to analyze and discuss the Nagorno- Karabakh conflict.
